The Measurement of Intellectual Influence: the Views of a ScepticEconomics Bulletin 1, No.3 , (2004), 1-6 According to the following article from Economist.com, it appears that the Google algorithm takes seriously into account the possibilities of manipulation implicit in the example in my paper. Thus, given the impossibility result in it, it follows that the Google algorithm appears to satisfy my axiom, and it must be violating one of the axioms in the PV paper. Enjoy the article.
